Dancing with Passion & Faith

Bob and Shanna Gerads are bringing their passion for community and faith to the Dancing with the Lakes Area Stars dance floor! Recent transplants to the Brainerd Lakes Area, this dynamic duo has quickly fallen in love with the community they now call home. Shanna works at Sazama Family Chiropractic and Wellness, while Bob works at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union. Together, they’re proud parents to three grown sons—Isaiah (23), Tysen (21), and Kylan (20).

As newly minted empty nesters, Bob and Shanna decided it was time to step out of their comfort zone and embrace a fun night out for a great cause. “We chose to dance because Habitat’s mission aligns with our Christian beliefs—helping families build security, hope, and a strong foundation,” they share.

With an ambitious fundraising goal of $20,000, Bob & Shanna are committed to making a meaningful impact while discovering new ways to connect with their community. Their enthusiasm for giving back and trying something new promises to make their performance one to remember!
